A do-nothing day
Camden still had a fever, and was rashy besides, so we didn’t do much. The weather was overcast for the most part, anyway.
Mostly we stayed at the campsite (Cam had a three hour nap in the afternoon), and in the evening went to a little gift-shop/game room (attached to a “commercial” campsite, complete with a western theme and fiberglass sharks.)I still haven’t figured out what’s going on with the battery. It currently reads 11.4v at rest, but as soon as the water pump is turned on, for example, the voltage drops to the 5v range, then recovers after several minutes. It’s obviously low on charge, but I don’t know if its behavior is normal, or if it’s going bad.
Oh, and I reinstalled the speakers, turned the suburban around, and listened to some Sirius in the Airstream!
Today is nice and sunny again…

Just letting you know that I’m reading and enjoying your posts. Well, except for the whole Cam thing. Hope he feels better soon.
